Payment Processing Rules

Home Town Reminders is a system with full user entry and low fees.  Making payments to place Reminders is done thru our web site by most Customers.  We will extend credit to large account users on a one by one basis.

Web payments made to Home Town Reminders may list Data-Link West Inc. as the Payee.  This is because Data-Link West Inc. is the master company which is running the Home Town reminders systems.

To place a Reminder in the system you must first create a credit balance on your account.  You must have at least the value of the Reminder Ad to post the Reminder.  You can pay more than one Reminder value and then have a Reminder Credit amount to place additional Reminders when required.

Accounts using Home Town Reminder Credit will be issued a Credit Value each Month.  Once your Credit Value is used up you will not be able to place more Reminders until payments are made.

Payments made and Services rendered will not be credited back as refunds. If there are problems we will issue Reminder Ad Credits, but not Money Refunds.
